Winchester M1 Garand

This is a Winchester M1 Garand in excellent condition. Receiver dates to early 1943, with sharp WRA inspectors cartouche on the stock. Trigger assembly is also WRA marked. Barrel is Springfield Armory and dated to July of 1953. Our consignor says his father got this gun from the CMP years ago but they no longer have the certificate/paperwork. Excellent finish throughout with just some minor wear on the trigger group. Stock has only minor dings/nicks. Terrific bore. Muzzle and throat are both a 1. Includes reproduction sling.
